| November 22, 2023 | For online and on-site oral presenters, please fill out the biography form in advance and submit it to your session chairperson at the beginning of your presentation time on the event day. Online presenters can submit the file via the Zoom chat. |
| November 20, 2023 | We will be holding a Mock Zoom session on November 27 from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Thailand time, GMT+7). During this session, all online presenters are free to enter the parallel session rooms and test your microphone, webcam, and presentation screen sharing. Notice: In order to broaden the participants from not only the Asia-Pacific but also from other regions, the ITEC-AP 2023 conference will be held in both “On-site (In-person)” and “Online” event formats.
ITEC Asia-Pacific is part of the global IEEE ITEC conference series which aims to provide a forum for sharing knowledge, experience, and ideas in electrical technologies for transportation. Technical sessions, tutorials, exhibitors, and industry activities are planned. This international conference is co-sponsored by the IEEE Industry Applications Society, the IEEE Power Electronics Society, the IEEE Power and Energy Society, and the IEEE Transportation Electrification Community.
Technical papers accepted and presented at the conference will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. All (100%) of the accepted and presented papers will be eligible for further review for the possible publication in one of the IAS periodicals (IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications and IEEE Industry Applications Magazine) and other IEEE journals, subject to the conference paper submission rules of each journal.
The 2023 IEEE Transportation Electrification Conference and Expo, Asia-Pacific (ITEC Asia-Pacific 2023) will be organized and hosted by the Center of Excellence in Electrical Power Technology (CEPT), Chulalongkorn University and Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL) in technical collaboration with the IEEE Joint IAS/IES/PELS Thailand Chapter and Electric Vehicle Association of Thailand (EVAT), and will be held in Chiang Mai, Thailand between 28 November – 1 December 2023.
In order to broaden the participants from not only the Asia-Pacific but also from other regions, the ITEC-AP 2023 conference will be held in both “Onsite (In-person)” and “Online” eventformats under the similar peer review criterion and on the same basis of publication.
